DUPLICITOUS MANEUVERS

It was probably the most damning morning of television ever broadcast...but was anyone paying attention? PJTV broadcast the testimony of Christopher Coates, the former voting chief for the Department Of Justice's Civil Rights Division. Coates was testifying in spite of the fact that his bosses in the Department of Justice had issued instructions for him to ignore the subpoena requesting his appearance. After his testimony it became quite clear why his superiors in the Justice Department wanted to maintain his silence.

Christopher Coates was testifying before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. This commission is tasked with investigating complaints alleging that citizens are being deprived of their right to vote by reason of their race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, or national origin, or by reason of fraudulent practices. Coates was subpoenaed to testify in regards to the ongoing investigation into the alleged New Black Panther voter intimidation that occurred in the 2008 election. His testimony given on September 24 just may have destroyed the presidency of Barack H. Obama. Can testimony this damning be suppressed for long?

"President Barack Obama’s handpicked U.S. Justice Department officials are ignoring civil rights cases in which the alleged victims are whites and they abandoned a voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party that resulted in a “travesty of justice.” -Christopher Coates

Coates is alleging that Department Of Justice officials dismissed the intimidation charges against the New Black Panthers for political reasons. The New Black Panthers were videotaped outside a Philadelphia voting precinct dressed in military-style uniforms and one was brandishing a nightstick and hurling racial slurs. He was emphatic that the dismissal of the Case against the New Black Panthers "was ordered because the people calling the shots in May 2009 were angry at the filing of the Noxubee case and angry at our filing of the New Black Panther Party case." But it gets worse...

"In the spring of 2009, Ms. (Loretta) King, who had by then been appointed Acting Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights by the Obama Administration, called me to her office and specifically instructed me that I was not to ask any other applicants whether they would be willing to, in effect, race-neutrally enforce the Voting Rights Act. Ms. King took offense that I was asking such a question of job applicants and directed me not to ask it because she does not support equal enforcement of the provisions of the VRA and had been highly critical of the filing and prosecution of the Ike Brown case." -Christopher Coates

Why did Coates feel compelled to ask whether job applicants could enforce the law in a race-neutral manner? The question became necessary because of a lack of enthusiasm among the career attorneys in the Civil Rights Division for enforcing the law when it resulted in African-American defendants rather than victims. This was an attitude that Coates said he first encountered during the administration of George W. Bush:

"Opposition within the Voting Section was widespread to taking actions under the Voting Rights Act on behalf of white voters in Noxubee County, MS, the jurisdiction in which Ike Brown was and is the Chairman of the local Democratic Executive Committee. In 2003, white voters and candidates complained to the Voting Section that elections had been administered in a racially discriminatory manner and asked that federal observers be sent to the primary run-off elections. Career attorneys in the Voting Section recommended that we not even go to Noxubee County for the primary run-off to do election coverage, but that opposition to going to Noxubee was overridden by the Bush Administration’s Civil Rights Division Front Office. I went on the coverage and while traveling to Mississippi, the Deputy Chief who was leading that election coverage asked me, “can you believe that we are going to Mississippi to protect white voters?” What I observed on that election coverage was some of the most outrageous and blatant racially discriminatory behavior at the polls committed by Ike Brown and his allies that I have seen or had reported to me in my thirty-three plus years as a voting rights litigator." -Christopher Coates

A judge agreed with Coates assessment of the case and the Department Of Justice won an injunction against Ike Brown and the Democrat Executive Committee which subsequently was upheld on appeal. That was the first time in the history of the Department Of Justice that it pursued a prosecution of an African-American defendant under the Voting Rights Act. Apparently it did NOT sit well with many within the Civil Rights Division who did not have any desire to prosecute non-traditional voting rights violations. In other words, they only wanted to prosecute white people. I suppose you could file this among those foolish claims that black people cannot be racists.

When Coates was promoted to head the Civil Rights Division, he began asking the offending question in job interviews as to whether applicants could pursue cases in a race -neutral manner in the future. This is what led Loretta King, an Obama political appointee, to order him to stop asking the question.

Coates testimony was confirmation of earlier testimony by former Department Of Justice attorney J. Christian Adams who left the department in protest after the dismissal of the New Black Panther case. Coates himself was ordered not to testify before the commission and was transfered to the U.S. attorney's office in South Carolina, a move that was designed to get Coates out of sight and out of mind...it obviously failed. Now the Obama administration, which was once promoted as the first post-racial presidency, now finds itself an enabler in the worst sort of racial discrimination.

However bad the blatant discrimination within the Department Of Justice may be, according to Christopher Coates there is something else afoot which could directly affect the upcoming election with regard to the potential for voter fraud on a massive scale:

"In June 2009, the Election Assistance Commission (EAC) issued its bi-annual report concerning which states appeared not to be complying with Section 8's list maintenance requirements. The report identified eight states that appeared to be the worst in terms of their non-compliance with the list maintenance requirements of Section 8 [of the Voting Rights Act]. These were states that reported that no voters had been removed from any of their voters’ list in the last two years. Obviously this is a good indication that something is not right with the list maintenance practice in that state. As Chief of the Voting Section, I assigned attorneys to work on this matter, and in September 2009, I forwarded a memorandum to the CRD Front Office asking for approval to go forward with Section 8 list maintenance investigations in these states."

"During the time that I was Chief, no approval was given to this project, and my understanding that approval has never been given for that Section 8 list maintenance project to date. That means that we have entered the 2010 election cycle with eight states appearing to be in major noncompliance with the list maintenance requirements of Section 8 of the NVRA, and yet the Voting Section which has the responsibility to enforce that law has yet to take any action." -Christopher Coates

Apparently the weeds that ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now) planted in the last election are not going to be pulled, but instead will be fertilized and harvested...and the harvest is coming fast! Voter rolls that are not properly maintained are ripe with the deceased, illegal aliens and duplicate registrations. All have the potential for showing up and illegally influencing the outcome of elections. However this is of no concern to the Department Of Justice. Don't be surprised to find out that our elections are being manipulated...they have been for quite some time!

Christopher Coates specifically mentioned Missouri's Robin Carnahan during his testimony. He told the commission that Mrs. Carnahan, acting in her current position as Missouri's Secretary of State, has refused to remove deceased people from Missouri's voter rolls. Carnahan was entitled to this special mention because she is currently running for the office of U.S. Senate against republican Roy Blunt. Wouldn't everyone running for public office love to be in a position to influence the outcome of their own election by collecting a stash of dead voters and have them "vote" as needed? Democrats rationalize these kind of shenanigans by calling it "leveling the playing field." This is how a dangerous freedom-hating minority seizes power. They can not win elections by telling the truth or pursuing fair voting practices...and they know it.

This is not an issue that will go away. You can expect every closely contested race in this November's election to be challenged by Democrats who will be able to "find" all sorts of "extra" ballots for their candidates on the recounts they subsequently demand. They perfected this method of operation in the close 2008 race for the U. S. Senate in Minnesota. As you will recall, republican Norm Coleman had a slim lead going into the recount but Al Franken ended up with the lead after many new votes were "discovered." Some of these votes were "discovered" in the most ridiculous places...like the trunk of a poll workers car! Don't be fooled. Ill maintained voter lists are the vines that bear the fruit of election fraud. When votes are needed, they will be found...count on it. As the old axiom states: It's not the voters that decide the outcome of elections, it's the counters.

Hopefully a Republican wave is going to be strong enough to overcome these difficulties and allow them to retake control of the House of Representatives. Once that happens, they will be in a position to launch serious official investigations into the corruption within the Department Of Injustice's Uncivil Wrongs Division.

The Despicable Case Of Shirley Sherrod

THE DESPICABLE CASE OF SHIRLEY SHERROD

In the spirit of trivializing the momentous and complicating the obvious, the Obama administration has produced its latest unforced debacle and, in the process of chewing on its own foot, introduced us to the monster known as Shirley Sherrod. Everybody who has had a hand in this outrageousness has managed to bungle their particular portion of it with one exception: Andrew Breitbart. I tell you this man is a devious genius delivering to the progressive left a full dose of their own, Saul Alinsky inspired, medicine...and this week he scored a direct hit!

Just who is this previously unknown woman and why has she become a spectacle of clumsiness for Obama and just about every media organization in America? Up until Monday, July 19, 2010 she was an insignificant political appointee in the United States Department of Agriculture. The black woman was forced to resign from the Agriculture Department and claimed the White House forced her out after recorded remarks from a March NAACP meeting unleashed a spectacular racial controversy. I say "spectacular" because it lays to rest any remaining doubt anyone could have that this president is a racial divider of the first order. The post-racial presidency is, and always has been, a myth!

These recordings of a speech given by Mrs. Sherrod came to light when Andrew Breitbart released them own his website. He threatened to expose the NAACP for its own racism after that organization had the audacity to accuse the TEA Party, a rather de-centralized but highly effective grass roots political movement, of hoarding racists within its ranks. The NAACP nonetheless issued its condemnation of the Tea Party and Breitbart, a man of his word, responded by releasing a tape that clearly shows the NAACP is more than a little comfortable with racially motivated governmental disenfranchisement against white people.

And what were these remarks?

SHIRLEY SHERROD: "The first time I was faced with having to help a white farmer with saving his farm – he took a looooong time talking – but he was trying to show me he was superior to me. I know what he was doing."

AUDIENCE: That’s right!

"But he had come to me for help."

AUDIENCE: Laughter.

"What he didn’t know while he was taking all that time trying to show me he was superior to me, was, I was trying to decide just how much help I was going to give him."

AUDIENCE: More laughter

"I was struggling with the fact that so many black people had lost their land, and here I was faced with having to help a white person save their land. I didn’t give him the full force of what I could of."
AUDIENCE: Laughter

"I did enough so that when he – I assume the Department of Agriculture had sent him to me – either that or the Georgia Dept of Agriculture – and, uh, he needed to go and report that I didn’t help him. So, I took him to a white lawyer that had attended some of the training that we had provided because Chapter 12 bankruptcy had just been enacted for the family farm. So, I figured if I took him to one of them that his own kind would take care of him."

"That’s when it was revealed to me that it’s about poor vs those who have. It’s not so much about white – it IS about white and black – but it’s not, you know, it opened my eyes because I took him to one of his own."

It seems rather simple. A black woman admitting that she used her government position to deprive a white man of some of the benefits that he was entitled to simply because he was white. However, Shirley Sherrod was never actually the point of the video's release...at least according to Breitbart. His reason for releasing the tape that was sent to him was to expose the open tolerance for racism by the audience listening to the speech. However, this story took a lot of interesting turns very fast.

Before the day was over Shirley Sherrod was asked to resign. According to her, this request was directed from the White House. Ben Jealous, president of the NAACP, who was actually in attendance when the speech was made, also weighed in:

Racism is about the abuse of power. Sherrod had it in her position at USDA. We are appalled by her actions, just as we are with abuses of power against farmers of color and female farmers. Her actions were shameful. While she went on to explain in the story she ultimately realized her mistake, as well as the common predicament of working people of all races, she gave no indication she attempted to right the wrong she did to this man.

The reaction from many in the audience is disturbing. We will be looking into the behavior of NAACP representatives at this local event and take any appropriate action.

It would seem an open and shut case of a rogue racist having been rightly culled from the government in a swift and effective manner. However the Obama administration, which excels at racial divisiveness, found a way to make this worse. Mrs. Sherrod took up residence at CNN and said she was forced to resign because “the stuff that Fox and the Tea Party does is scaring the administration.“ The Obama administration and a compliant media quickly went to work to change the nature of the story.

You see, the act of racism that Mrs. Sherrod was speaking of occurred 24 years ago. Suddenly the Obama administration and the media raced to tell us all how this is really a story of redemption. Everyone was accused of taking the story "out of context." Mrs. Sherrod was actually teaching us how to overcome racism by using herself as an example. Though the tape released by Breitbart does not reveal that this particular racist act took place 24 years ago, it most definitely DOES include Mrs. Sherrod's attempt to use herself as an example of overcoming her racism. Sorry, but the context was ALWAYS there. Apparently Mrs. Sherrod simply observed that poor white people could be useful in the Marxist struggle to liberate productive people of their assets and rightly redistribute them to a parasitic coalition of minorities and aggrieved intellectuals.

Everyone in the media and government went about apologizing to this racist woman just as quickly as they rushed to judgement of her the previous day. She was offered another job in the USDA and President Obama even called her to offer his personal apology for the way she was treated. The media attempted to blame the whole thing on FOX news in spite of the fact that she had already tendered her resignation before one word of her was uttered on the network. Face it...the Obama administration finally did something right and in a timely manner and it just didn't sit well with them. They had to re-assess the situation and screw it up.

The media blitz was impressive in its scale. Even such conservative stalwarts as Ann Coulter and Charles Krauthammer came out suggesting that the woman should be offered her job back. By the end of the second day of this story you would think Mrs. Sherrod was a wrongly persecuted saint. Did I miss something? No, but maybe they did. Though the overt act of racism may have happened 24 years ago, the speech Mrs. Sherrod gave was in March 2010. Breitbart claims he has had the excerpt since April. This tape most definitely reveals an overwhelming tolerance, bordering on jubilation, for the revenge racism that Mrs. Sherrod admitted to perpetrating 24 years ago. In fact the crowd was more sympathetic to Mrs. Sherrod when telling the first part of her story than it was to her when she was telling of her conversion to a more race-neutral form of Marxism. This was the entire point of releasing the tape...and it was current! Shirley Sherrod's loss of a job was merely collateral damage.

The NAACP has the master of this entire speech. If they are now convinced that she is someone who should be celebrated rather than condemned why did they jump to condemn her in the beginning? Perhaps because they know the one element of the story that wasn't being told. Yet they dutifully followed the White House's lead an issued a retraction:

"With regard to the initial media coverage of the resignation of USDA Official Shirley Sherrod, we have come to the conclusion we were snookered by Fox News and Tea Party Activist Andrew Breitbart into believing she had harmed white farmers because of racial bias. Having reviewed the full tape, spoken to Ms. Sherrod, and most importantly heard the testimony of the white farmers mentioned in this story, we now believe the organization that edited the documents did so with the intention of deceiving millions of Americans." - NAACP

Of course the NAACP was following instructions issued from the White House. Ben Jealous was in attendance at Mrs. Sherrod's speech. He got it right the first time. Likewise, so too did USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack. When a potential embarrassment for the President arose in his department, he swiftly removed it. This is exactly what he should have done to a political appointee who serves at the pleasure of the President. Yet, he too was forced to call Mrs Sherrod and issue a personal apology as well as offer her another job even as the President accused him and his department of rushing to judgement in demanding her resignation. It is clear that the president is enamoured with this woman and does not want to lose her.

For their part, both Shirley Sherrod and her new-found adorers in the media would like to blame the whole thing on Andrew Breitbart and have openly expressed their desire to have his website shut down as well as have a general crackdown on internet bloggers. There is nothing unusual about the progressive left's contempt for your freedom of speech. Nobody wants to silence Shirley Sherrod, they just want to silence the people who failed to recognize her sainthood.

Sherrod even implies she would like to sue Breitbart but considering everything is in her own unedited words, she won't get far. Lets be clear: Shirley Sherrod is no victim. The only reason this is being talked about is because SHE talked about it. No one made her bring this up in the March meeting. She arrogantly volunteered it.

In spite of the attempt to deify this woman, the fact remains that she did use her position in a government administration office to commit an act of overt racism. Does anyone believe that the event she is describing is the one and only time she ever used her office to employ her ideas of racial retribution? In reviewing the language she used in her speech of March 2010 it is clear that by referring to a white lawyer as "one of his own kind" that her current attitude towards white people isn't as altruistic as she and her adoring media would have us believe.

The entire speech still has not yet been revealed and the whole story has not been told. Further releases by the NAACP have proven that Breitbart did NOT edit any of the segments that were sent to him to make her look worse. However, there is one key element that has been remarkably overlooked even to this moment, almost a full week from the breaking of the story. We know Shirley Sherrod is a racist. We know she has not repented of her racism and, in all fairness, we can fully understand why she is, and must be, a racist. You and I would most likely be one too if you had her history...and what is her history you ask?

Shirley Sherrod’s 17th year probably did more to mold her personality and set her on a path that traveled through the dangerous, volatile world of race. That year, 1965, her father was shot and killed by a white man in a dispute over cows, the family says. - Atlanta Journal Constitution

The white farmer was never prosecuted for the murder. However, we should not be too quick to judge...it may very well have been a justifiable act of self-defense. The way this story has unfolded, there is always another layer of deceit. And therein lies the problem. To the progressive left, racism is the ultimate sin of mankind when, in reality, it is and always has been the bearing of false witness against one's neighbor. In other words...lying! Half of all the racism alleged these days is false, particularly the allegation that Tea Party protesters uttered racial epithets at John Lewis and other prominent democrats who arrogantly strode through them on their way to a vote that stole the health care system of the United States. Had the NAACP not made that false accusation it is unlikely we would have ever heard of Shirley Sherrod.

"You know, I haven’t seen such a mean-spirited people as I’ve seen lately over this issue of health care. Some of the racism we thought was buried. Didn’t it surface? Now, we endured eight years of the Bush’s and we didn’t do the stuff these Republicans are doing because you have a black President." - Shirley Sherrod

Does that sound like a woman who has left her racism in the past? No, it sounds like a woman using her appointed position in the Obama administration to lash out at her perpetual enemy...white people. She played the race card and then had it played on her.

Shirley Sherrod is a narcissistic woman in love with the sound of her own false wisdom. No one made her tell this story. She gave this speech to glorify herself and present the illusion that she had outgrown racism on her climb toward a greater understanding of Marxism. Marxism is all about revenge...and make no mistake about it, Shirley Sherrod has extracted revenge for her father's murder...one white farmer at a time. Its too bad she didn't consult Christianity. She might have found the ability to forgive and be forgiven.

If you are looking for a story about the real redemption of a racist you might consider the actions of this one:

What followed was a period of reflection. "And so, one by one, he picks up the telephone and he begins calling his old enemies, the people who he had used as kind of punching bags in the 1960s and asked for their forgiveness," says Dan Carter. One of the people (He) called was civil rights leader John Lewis, who had been beaten by state troopers on the Edmund Pettus Bridge in 1965. "He literally poured out his soul and heart to me. It was almost a confession," says Lewis.

Whether it was his conscience or political expediency that sparked him to ask for forgiveness will never be known. But when he reentered politics for the 1982 governor's race, he sought and won the vote of black constituents, and he worked with black leaders once elected. - Racism to Redemption By Maggie Riechers

And who was the writer speaking about in that passage? Former Alabama governor George C. Wallace. Unfortunately, Wallace is a white man and therefore can never be redeemed.

Those who seek revenge have their reward. As it stands, Shirley Sherrod is owed nothing. She got her revenge...many times over. That she may have finally got her fill of it should disgust us, not impress us. This woman should be kept as far away from a government position as possible. She should be shunned, not celebrated. She should be ostracized, not sanctified. She is no civil rights hero.

President Obama, on the other hand, loves this woman. It is no surprise that he would rise to her defense and force every government and media apparatchik to issue her apologies. A narcissistic Marxist seeking vengeance. Now that's..."one of his own kind."

PROVERBS 14:12: There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

Somewhere the greatness that was Greece is spinning in its grave. The birthplace of democracy and the proprietor of the largest single empire in history has become a den of childish parasites desperate to throw tantrums in order to get what they feel is their entitlement. And what might that entitlement be you ask? Why your money of course. Only a greedy capitalist pig of the highest order would think they were entitled to keep what was theirs. Socialism throughout Europe is dying an embarrassing death but as these parasites burn and loot their own cities let us rejoice in their having received their just rewards.

The recently announced Greek rescue package is dramatic, unprecedented in international politics and absolutely doomed to fail. This new program calls for a total of 11% of GDP in terms of "fiscal adjustments." Which is an elitist way of saying that the Greeks are going to have to cut their government spending. The politics of their situation have left them with almost no options. Most Greek debt is held abroad, therefore roughly 80% of the budget savings the Greek government makes will go straight to Germany, France and other foreign debt holders.

There was some talk of simply letting Greece default on its debts and face the consequences that they have earned for spending more money than they have. But in the dramatic showdown within the European union it was not Greece who blinked. The European leadership panicked with the realization that the European Union and its currency, the Euro, was itself at risk of a meltdown. If the European Union is unwilling to come to the aid of a member state like Greece, then bond investors will also run from Portugal and Spain. Both of which are themselves in desperate risk of going into default. Higher yields on government debt would have caused concerns about potential bank runs in these countries, and then spread to more nations in Europe...and beyond.

The Europeans therefore decided to throw everything they and the IMF have into a bailout for Greece. The program has little to no chance of actually preventing the inevitable Greek bankruptcy, but it may avert some of the collateral damage to the rest of Europe. The European Union itself could not likely survive if this spreads beyond Greece.

The backing for a bail-out comes despite worries that it will lead to the collapse of all fiscal discipline across region. It also raises the expected questions of fairness. Ireland, for example, has tackled its own crisis by slashing wages and going far beyond any measure so far offered by Greece, yet Dublin has not received help.

The Greeks for their part have responded with a considerable lack of gratitude.

Groups of masked youths hurled petrol bombs, stones and sticks at riot police as nearly 50,000 striking workers and public servants marched to parliament, where a bill dictating pay cuts and tax hikes was due for debate.

Eyewitnesses said marchers chanted "Thieves!" and hurled water bottles at riot police, who had formed a cordon around the parliament building in central Athens, reflecting increasing anger among ordinary people at politicians. -Reuters

Well what do you expect? Public sector workers have succeeded in rewarding themselves with extremely generous compensation and benefits packages at the expense of the taxpayers...you didn't think they were going to give it up without blaming those same taxpayers for being greedy for wanting to keep their money, did you? Government workers in Greece have even learned a trick that Einstein would be envious of: They can manipulate time. Every year, they receive 14 monthly paychecks! Isn't that an interesting application of the theory of relativity?

Even better, they are getting these 14 months of pay for only working about seven months! You see, for many of them, the workday ends at 2:30 pm. Suddenly it is not hard to see why socialism is so popular in these European countries. The average retirement age in Greece is 61 years of age...among the lowest in the world. When these workers retire they, of course, get 14 monthly pension payments a year.

Those of us who do not live in Utopia find it difficult to understand how the Greek government came to identify at least 580 job categories as hazardous enough to merit early retirement. In Greece early retirement is at age 50 for women and 55 for men. These categories include some obviously dangerous jobs like coal mining and bomb disposal. However it also covers such life threatening occupations as radio and television announcers who are thought to be at risk from the bacteria on their microphones and musicians playing wind instruments who must contend with gastric reflux as they puff and blow...I'm not kidding. In Greece everyone is "special" except, of course, the greedy taxpaying capitalists who have to pay for these hazardous entitlements.

As a consequence of decades of bargains struck between strong unions and weak socialist governments, Greece has promised early retirement to about 700,000 employees, or 40 percent of its work force. It is this system of early retirement that has greatly exacerbated the out-of-control state spending that has led to Europe’s current debt crisis.

The problem with Greek pensions far outweighs the troubles previously caused by "cooking" its accounts in the early 1990s to get its official deficit figures to appear low enough to qualify to join the European Union. A recent report by the European Commission found that Greek spending on pensions and health care for its aging population, if left unchecked, would soar from just over 20% of GDP today to about 37% of GDP by 2060, the highest level in Europe. It's no small wonder then that they are being asked to privatize their health care even as the United States is in a hurry to catch up with Greece by socializing ours.

Economic reality is not a concern in the socialist realm where truths are relative and not absolute. However, like the buffalo before them, the unicorns that once roamed the mighty socialist plains are dwindling. Sooner or later you do run out of other people's money.

For his part, Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou is blaming everyone except the corrupt socialist policies that created this situation. And he has found a new herd of unicorns that he believes can rescue Greece: the mythical "green economy."

“The focus on green economy is no longer just a case of sensitivity towards the environment, but an issue of creating a sustainable economy also. Due to the experience of the ongoing economic crisis, we realized that a closer international cooperation is needed to develop forward-thinking energy policies, as well as face the speculators who now attack Southern European countries.” - George Papandreou

That's right, its not our fault for squandering huge amounts of borrowed money we can't possibly ever pay back, its those other guys, the speculators. THEY are out to get us...and isn't the pursuit of that elusive "green economy" exactly what has placed Spain next in line for a default? Papandreou is merely the latest in a long line of politicians who is simply telling his people what they want to hear. A recent opinion poll shows that 55% of Greeks are unwilling to accept any more austerity measures in the future. Since the majority of the country is in denial and unable to face the reality that socialism doesn't work the fate of Greece seems assured. Who would loan Greece any money when there is no chance of getting repaid?

You can cry out that it is all the greedy capitalist's fault but the fact is that all of the capitalists left Greece a long time ago. Capitalists don't stay where they are not treated well and, as Greece is learning, they take their money with them. Class warfare is a Marxist notion that people in different social classes must necessarily be in conflict with each other, the rich seeking to keep the poor down and the poor seeking to take away what belongs to the rich. Until Greece gets over the "social justice" nonsense they are going to have to fend for themselves. The Europeans are simply looking to buy time to preserve their own interests.

I would like to tell you that what happened in Greece could never happen here in America. Unfortunately that would not be true for it already has...

Like government workers in Greece, they do not care where the money comes from as long as they get their full paycheck, full pension, and full benefits. The combination of unions and the politicians who need their campaign donations is a deadly arrow aimed straight at the heart of every democracy that travels down the "social justice" highway to death.

The proponents of "social justice" consistently want to deprive corporations and the successful of their freedom in the name of the "collective good" even as their policies directly harm the very people they propose to represent. They strangle their economies with regulations and regulators who then arbitrarily, or through bribery, determine who and what will be regulated. Laws and regulations, in and of themselves, accomplish nothing without enforcement. In the world of "social justice" every election changes the economic climate as each newly elected government has its own benefactors to pacify through either the strict enforcing of regulations on their competitors or failing to enforce them on their benefactors.

The apparently outdated concept of "equal justice" under the law does not recognize the need for those who know better to right the injustices and redistribute wealth so that failures, fools and fiends are rewarded the same as the frugal, the the successful and the honorable. To create the mythical "equality" that "social justice" advocates, people must be seen as unequal under the law, thereby providing those with the favor of the government with special classifications and extra rights under the law. "Social justice"= corruption 100% of the time.

Socialist democracies constantly need more money to finance their redistributionist schemes and they inevitably accomplish this through higher and higher rates of taxation. In Greece this has led to tax evasion on a massive scale as people simply do all their transactions in cash and do not report any of them to the government. This is a reasonable and expected response to excessive taxation and it forces the government to view its subjects as criminals. The unfortunate truth of "social justice" is that it makes criminals out of everyone. Where is the justice in that?

The socialist democracies that came into existence preaching the dogma of "social justice" are now being consumed by the parasites they created in order to attain their power. This may not qualify as "social justice" but it certainly does look to possess a fine quality of "divine justice." In other words, shed no tears for Greece and the other nations who will follow her into default. All is as it should be. However let us not rejoice too much...President Obama would have the United States follow the same path and achieve the same fate. In fact, he is doing everything he can to get us there in a hurry almost as though he feels envious of Greece and the other declining and defaulting socialist states. Perhaps he is finally aware there is only one path to true equality...all are equal in death.

The "social justice" crowd is exactly that which it outwardly claims to oppose as they are not, and never have been, the "Robin Hood" who steals from the rich and gives to the poor. No, they are the ones oppressing their people through ridiculously higher taxes while justifying their right to do so in the name of "social justice." Alas, Prince John and his sycophantic sheriff have found their way to Greece.

Where were you when the line was crossed? Do you know what you were doing when the man who calls himself the President of the United States elevated himself to the status of God? Did you even notice or were you too busy with some other menial task to allow yourself to appreciate this monumental moment? This kind of thing used to happen a lot in ancient times when entire populations were believers in many gods. It's not so much of an occurrence in the age of reason and monotheism. Declaring yourself to be a god, however, is not quite the same as elevating yourself to the status of THE God. Although, to be fair, the ambition is the same whether you are Caligula or Obama. Behold, the most preposterous, and blasphemous, statement ever made by a President of the United States:

“We are God’s partners in matters of life and death.” - President Barack Obama

It doesn't take many words to condemn an entire society. Perhaps President Obama has shown himself to be be as intellectual and eloquent as his propagandists would have us to believe by showing such brevity in his ascension to god status. Surely these words, and the incredible lack of public outrage to them, condemn all of us. Have you ever heard a believer (remember, this man claims to be a Christian) be so presumptuous as to say we’re “partners” with God on ANY question? Yet he dares utter this in defense of a government program that’s got people worried about “death panels” and taxpayer supported abortions.

In truth, a partnership is actually a nice framework for "The Anointed One’s" position on both abortion and bureaucratic panels that will determine who gets treatment and who does not in the fantasy land of "universal health care." Unfortunately "I Am" is relegated to the status of junior partner in this relationship as only "The Anointed One" has the legal power to exercise a veto or sign a law. The godless press may have to reconsider their atheism in light of Obama's new status. I would imagine Lucifer must be so envious of Obama succeeding where he failed!

You have to give Obama and the Democrats credit for their predictability. Once Health Care Reform lost favor with the public on its merits, or rather its lack of them, they resorted to every childish trick in their toy-box to demonize their opponents. They were quick to accuse opponents of Health Care Reform of being purveyors of false information, even as, time and again, the opponents were shown to be justified. In fact, time and again, it has been shown that supporters of Health Care Reform, especially lawmakers in congress, are the ones who have been guilty of misrepresenting the facts. Unfortunately, for them, the town hall meetings across America have shown that the public is better informed on the details of the various proposals than their legislators.

Of course, every child knows that when he is confronted with an idea he doesn't like he must ridicule the bearers of such ideas by calling them every bad name he can think of. The law of the sandbox has been on display as opponents of Health Care Reform have been derided as "astroturf" in an attempt to degrade the sincerity of their opposition. This, in spite of the fact that supporters of Health Care Reform arrive in buses, wearing uniforms and carrying professionally made signs! There just hasn't been enough of them to counter the ever growing number of opponents to Health Care Reform. Hypocrisy is, of course, another indicator of the underdeveloped minds of children. When criticized, you can also accuse your opponents of being "Brownshirts," as our illustrious Speaker of The House Of Representatives chose to do. You've got to enjoy a good Nazi metaphor. This likewise has a certain hypocritical flair to it as you come to see how much the Health Care Reform proposals resemble those of a certain central European Nation circa the 1930's. I'll let you guess which one.

If your opposition still fails to wither from these initial confrontations you can always go to the tried and true formula of racial racketeering. Since the President is a black man, anyone who would dare oppose his policies must be a racist. You've got to love the consistency of these people. Unfortunately the profitability of racial racketeering may be coming to an end. It reached its zenith with the election, as the vast majority of white Americans gave themselves a "feel good" moment by electing a black president and, in their minds, signaling the beginning of a post-racial America. Apparently the Democrats didn't view things the same way. To them it was the triumphant moment of their greatest exploitation of a black man to serve their own political ends. It really doesn't matter who was right. The parasites that have been feeding off of white America's guilt have killed their host, as parasites are prone to do. There is no more guilt left to consume. Americans turn on their Presidents often. Calling opponents of Health Care Reform racists has only made their opposition stronger.

So who wouldn't turn to God when all else failed? The President, in his desperation, went to play the morality card that was once the first one that progressives would play back in the first half of the twentieth century. In those times, people actually believed in God without question. Modern progressives find playing the "God" card leaves a bad taste in their atheistic mouths. But hey, these are desperate times. So out comes Obama rehashing his usual arguments about being our brother's keeper (which begs the question: what is Obama doing for his own brother?) and taking care of "the least among us." Predictable rhetoric from a predictably adolescent mind...but then he got carried away:

Wow! I think he misunderstood his instructions. Instead of turning to God, he turned into one. It doesn't get any better the more times you hear it but, before you simply dismiss our president as a pompous ass, idiot or the anti-christ, consider this: God seems to be holding up his end of the partnership! How else to you explain the "coincidence" of senator Ted Kennedy, champion of Health Care as a "right" of every citizen, being called home just the next week? Certainly that had to be "divine intervention"...didn't it? The Senator's body was still warm when less than an hour from his passing Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid were, all too predictably, attempting to use his death to inspire Democrats to rally around the deflating debacle of Health Care Reform. Naturally they suggested naming the bill in honor of the fallen Senator...all to no avail. Still the American people refuse to buy into a government run system for health care. And like Children, the progressives that have infested and consumed the Democratic party just won't accept "no" as an answer.

Alas, what the President needs is a distraction. Something to divert the public's attention away from Health Care Reform while they retool their message and try again. I know, lets launch an investigation into detainee abuse by the CIA. That worked really well the first time they suggested it back in April...oh wait...that didn't work so well did it? It kind of made Dick Cheney look like the man we should have elected as President instead of the Marxist teenager we're stuck with now. Well, at least it will keep the far left wackos occupied while he figures out how to sneak a government controlled public option for health care past a public that doesn't want it.

So where does our glorious leader go from here? Like a reprobate teenager he will just change the wording of the bill slightly and repackage it as something new...which it won't be. The President and his advisers are convinced that Health Care Reform's lack of popularity is a communication failure, rather than a problem of substance, so expect a barrage of new and improved propaganda...but the same old bill.

Senator John Kerry got things rolling in a big way with his appearance on ABC's This Week with George Stephanopolous. Over the last year Democrats have claimed the number of uninsured Americans to be 47 million. Of course this dubious number is a lie that includes not only 12 million illegal aliens but also wealthy people who choose not to be insured as well as those who are qualified to get insurance but CHOOSE not to get it. Since this number of uninsured Americans failed to persuade the insured majority of the country to see the need to sabotage their health insurance in favor of the new proposals, Senator Kerry "improved" the number of uninsured Americans to 87 million! So there you have it. The new improved message is simply to tell bigger lies.

It stands to reason that bigger lies would also include stepping up the more aggressive elements of the Obama persuasion campaign. Hence this wonderful statement from Organizing For America:

So 75% of Americans support a public plan? Like Senator Kerry, they are simply telling a bigger lie. And what of the name calling? Right Wing Domestic Terrorists? Treacherous leaders? Most people recognize a tantrum when they see one. We shouldn't fail to recognize the hypocrisy of calling Fox News a propaganda network when all of the rest of the media fawn over and worship the President and his socialist sycophants. They invested everything in Obama, and his failure will be their doom. The only capital a news agency has is its credibility, and virtually every media outlet in this country cast its pearls before the swine that is this President and his administration. Neither Obama the President, nor Obama the God can save this cast of unsavory characters from the growing wrath of the American people.

During the election, Pastor Rick Warren asked our future President when he thought life began. After he thought about it, Obama decided it was above his pay grade to answer the question. Perhaps the Pastor ought to give Obama a call. I would think one of the fringe benefits of a partnership with God would be knowing exactly when life begins. Especially considering that this partnership is based on matters of life and death.

We Are The ones We've Been Waiting For

WE ARE THE ONES WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR

"Change will not come if we wait for some other person or if we wait for some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for." -President Barack Obama

There is a dangerous consistency to President Barack Obama that, thus far, is proving elusive to many people. This elusiveness, of course, is promoted by a media that marches in lockstep to the wishes of this administration. The recent protests over fraudulent elections in Iran and the President's belated and lukewarm response is, in fact, quite consistent with his much more aggressive reaction to the ouster of President Manuel Zelaya in Honduras. Understanding the underlying principles that drive President Obama's actions in both instances is the key to interpreting the diabolical consequences he and his cohorts have in store for us in the United States as they attempt to implement their plans for "social justice."

"It is not productive, given the history of US and Iranian relations to be seen as meddling in Iranian elections." -President Barack Obama

It should appear obvious that an American president should want to be seen as supporting the people in Iran as they rise up in protest against a repressive, and oppressive, regime that has kept them bound to Islamic fascism for over thirty years. It should also be equally obvious that President Obama would be extremely reluctant to be seen as supporting protesters of a legally recognized government. After all, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was "legally" elected, just as was President Obama, and the similarities don't end there.

That the Iranian presidential election bears all the hallmarks of a "rigged" election with a predetermined outcome does not intrude on President Obama's perception of its legality. Democracy, it would appear, is only a shallow facade, not a deep and fundamentally held principle of this President. That there were "irregularities" in the process is of no concern to him.

One of the primary grievances against this election was the tendency for districts to have more votes cast than there were voters. This is just the type of "irregularity" that wouldn't bother Obama...and why should it? If you will recall, this is the same "irregularity" that turned up in the highly contested election for the Senate seat from Minnesota this year. The very election which has resulted in comedian Al Franken effectively stealing the election. Republicans rightly protested many "irregularities" in that election process such as votes being "found" during the recount in the trunk of an election official's car. Conveniently, all these newly discovered votes seemed to overwhelmingly favor Franken. When the recount began Franken trailed incumbent Norm Coleman by 250 votes, yet after the recount he led by just as many votes. Likewise, in Iran, Mahmoud Ahmidinijad managed to wind up with still more votes during the recounting process. Imagine that!

Strangely enough, just as in Minnesota, several voting districts had more more votes counted than there were voters. However, this is a problem that can be solved...and don't you know how to do it? You get someone to go out and register as many people as possible. It doesn't matter if the people registered actually exist. All that matters is that you increase the voter rolls. If you increase the number of registered voters then you can arrange for your candidate to get as many votes as they need to win without risking detection by having more votes than voters. It is a tactic sure to win in especially close elections where recounts are certain to be done.

Does this sound familiar? Have we heard of anyone recently registering a lot of new voters and getting caught for their registrations being fraudulent? By God, I think we have heard of such a thing haven't we? Our friends at ACORN (the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now) have been charged in over a dozen states for committing this very act! Often in the most brazen and ridiculous manner. In Las Vegas, authorities said the group's petitions included the names of the starting lineup of the Dallas Cowboys, who could reasonably be expected to be registered somewhere other than Nevada. They even went so far as to register Mickey Mouse...several times, in several states.

The media dismiss these charges by trying to convince us there is no real harm accomplished by these phony registrations. Yet stuffing the ballot box with extra votes for your candidate is a tried and true method for rigging elections. Registering voters AND making sure that only registered votes are counted is how we attempt to prevent ballot stuffing from happening. That is why we KNOW there were crimes committed in Minnesota where there were more votes than voters in twenty five counties! If ACORN had succeeded in registering more voters in those districts it might well have gone undetected. We must take these fraudulent registrations seriously. In 2008 ACORN signed up 1.3-million voters nationwide!

President Obama, however, is a product of ACORN and has benefited greatly from these "extra-legal" practices. He cannot acknowledge these crimes whether they occur in Iran, Minnesota or any of over a dozen states where charges have been filed without implicating himself. Do I need to point out that voter fraud has a long history in Chicago politics? Some things are as obvious as they appear. So how could President Obama possibly stand up for free and fair elections in Iran? He can't. He does NOT support free and fair elections. He supports outcomes. Remember, this man is part of the "by any means necessary" crowd...and he means it!

"The Iranian government must understand that the world is watching. We mourn each and every innocent life that is lost. We call on the Iranian government to stop all violent and unjust actions against its own people."

"Martin Luther King once said: 'The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice.' I believe that. The international community believes that." -President Barack Obama

It always bothers me that Obama and his ilk throw the word "justice" around so often. Their idea of justice is like an algebra equation. They know what the outcome must be, they are just solving for a variable that will accomplish it. Iran should be very wary that our president wishes "justice" for them. His "justice" is not such that he can stand with their people against a repressive government....but hey, at least he did ask them to stop killing the protesters. One questions the sincerity of even that lightweight gesture when his own UN ambassador had this to say:

"The political situation in Iran is for the Iranians to work out internally." -Susan Rice, UN Ambassador

But of course, no meddling.

"I've made it clear that the United States respects the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran and is not interfering with Iran's affairs." -President Barack Obama

The Iranian people have not, and will not receive even so much as an "atta boy" for their efforts to free themselves from their shackles. This, in spite of the fact that the Iranian people are trying to do exactly what Israel may soon feel compelled to do militarily. If successful, the Iranian could disarm this entire nuclear nightmare, yet our President does...nothing.

This is not the case in Honduras. Our calm and disinterested President is all about meddling in this Central American country. In the aftermath of the Honduran army's physical removal of the president of their country, our president was quick to condemn what was, for them, a reasonable and legal action. The Honduran constitution clearly states that presidents can only serve one term in office. President Manuel Zelaya , following the model of his socialist mentor Hugo Chavez, was attempting to get around this inconvenient law and set up a referendum that would allow the people a chance to vote on a change of that law. You know, another one of those free and fair elections that the "by any means necessary" crowd specializes in manipulating. The Honduran supreme court wisely, and rightly, saw this as a usurpation of authority and therefore authorized the army to remove the president...and they did. His replacement will simply finish out the remaining time and hold elections on schedule. Considering that violent overthrows are commonplace in this part of the world, this is a rather peaceful return of power to the people of Honduras. It is actually President Zelaya who was attempting a coup by trying to make himself a permanent president. It was the Supreme Court and the army that acted in the defense of liberty and democracy.

"We believe that the coup was not legal and that President Zelaya remains the president of Honduras, the democratically elected president there. It would be a terrible precedent if we start moving backwards into the era in which we are seeing military coups as a means of political transition, rather than democratic elections." -President Barack Obama

Why such a different, bold and quick response from our president in this instance when he was so lackadaisical in responding to the Iranian uprising? Barack Obama is what is often referred to as a "college socialist." If you have ever attended college then you should be familiar with the type. They are a group of perpetual adolescents who are always looking for justification for not only their perceived grievances against society, but also for their perceived sense of self-importance. The shallow idealism and man-made morality of socialism provides them with both. They get to proselytize against the selfishness of individualism and capitalism while also promoting themselves as an educated "elite," rightfully entitled to dispense "social justice" and fix the world to their liking. It really isn't so much politically idealistic as it is arrogant and and condescending. Its the old "Divine Right Of Kings" mentality with them as both the divine and the kings. Therefore they feel both morally and intellectually unassailable. Now we have elevated one of these "know it all" adolescents to be leader of the free world. God help us.

Like all adolescents, these Marxists are entirely dedicated to scheming and deceiving. If we are foolish enough to let them scheme their way into positions of power, they will betray the people who voted them into office by working to destroy the machinations of free society. We have seen this all too often, whether it be Obama's promises to govern in a fiscally responsible manner or Sonia Sotomayor's chameleon-like performance before the Senate, denying her history of racial preferences and judicial activism and lying to make herself sound like an adherer to strict constructionism in interpreting the constitution. The ends always justify the means to these people. Once in positions of power they will attempt to force changes in the law through dubious manipulations of the parliamentary system or reinterpretation of existing laws through the courts. Sound familiar?

The American Democratic Party has been the primary host to just such political schemers for the last century and now they have arrived at the point where it is hard to view them as anything less than an organized criminal institution. They know that they have a short period of time as the majority party and that none of their initiatives will stand up to public scrutiny. Therefore we have had the debacle of a stimulus bill, the largest spending spree in all of human history, passed in a rush with NO ONE HAVING READ THE BILL! But hey it worked the first time so the Democrats have passed a budget, and an omnibus bill the same way. Worse, the House of representatives likewise passed the Cap and Trade bill without even having a finished version at the start of the voting debate!

In every instance the idea is to get a law passed before we can find out what it is. Now they intend to target our health care with the same tactics. Mandating that EVERYONE have health care and making citizens pay for the health care of other citizens are NOT the actions of a free country. This is an illegal, unconstitutional coup, of our entire society! Once they intrude into this part of our lives they will have total control over us. Everybody is related to someone who needs major medical care even if they don't, as of yet, need it themselves. You will become a docile and obedient citizen to make sure they get that care now won't you? Don't say politics won't play a part in deciding who will and who will not receive certain medical procedures. It will. You will obey. Don't say it can't happen here. It is happening here. How fast do you think they will try to pass this health care monstrosity? No need to worry, it will NEVER be read unless or until it becomes law.

Which brings me back to the theme of this writing, which is Obama's entirely consistent view of the Iranian and Honduran situations. The one thing President Obama and his democratic accomplices in congress truly fear are exactly the two things happening in Iran and Honduras. Why would Obama support the Iranian people's attempt at overthrowing a "legally elected" government when he and the congress are themselves enacting unpopular legislation aimed at giving them greater and permanent control in our own country? As more and more people here are slowly coming to see what Obama has in store for our future, we just might follow Iran's initiative and rise up against the intolerable actions of the Obama administration...and we are an ARMED citizenry! To support a peoples revolution in Iran may soon foreshadow the one he is provoking here.

Then consider that in Honduras it was the army, with the blessing of the Supreme Court, that acted in defense of their constitution. I challenge the United States military to remember that they too swore an oath. This one:

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

Every soldier in the United States military has to swear this oath at the time of every enlistment. You will clearly see that a soldiers first duty is to DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION. Presidents with dubious citizenship records who exceed constitutional authority may have to be REMOVED by the military. Supreme Court justices who deny constitutional law, such as interpreting that citizens do not have the right to bear arms, may have to be REMOVED. There are reasons the constitution is constructed as it is written. It cannot be legally changed by judicial fiat. Likewise, no president can legally CHANGE America. The attempt, in and of itself, is acceptable grounds for the people, or the military, to act in defense of our country. We have a legal right and a legal obligation to remove and replace government officials who exceed, betray or deny the constitution's words.

President Obama is loathe to support any actions to defend the rights of a people to self-rule under a constitutional government anywhere because he is busy attempting to disassemble our constitutional government here. And he has only just begun.
